Mr. Hershberger, a co-founder of PGT Industries, Inc., has served the Company since its founding in 1980. Appointed in 2005 as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hershberger led the company's IPO in 2006. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer overseeing PGT’s Florida and North Carolina operations. Mr. Hershberger has extensive experience leading several key business units, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Transportation, Logistics and Customer Service. |

Mr. Jackson, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, joined PGT in November 2005. Mr. Jackson has over sixteen years in Executive Management roles, including Division Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Corporate Controller, and Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Ferrucci joined PGT in April 2006. As Vice President and General Counsel, he is responsible for PGT’s Corporate Governance and Compliance. Previously a member of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, a leading law firm, and Walker Digital, LLC, Mr. Ferrucci graduated magna cum laude from the Widener University School of Law, earning an M.A.A.B.T. from the University of Connecticut and B.A. from Colby College. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association. | |

Mr. Burns joined PGT in 1987 and is responsible for all operations in PGT's Salisbury, NC plant. This includes manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and inventory. During his tenure with PGT, Burns has held management positions throughout the company including: Group Leader for Eze-Breeze, Industrial Engineer, Area Leader of Transportation and Fleet, Area Leader of Manufacturing, Business Unit Manager of NatureScape, and most recently, Plant Superintendent of NC Operations. |

Mr. Stanek joined PGT in 2009 and is responsible for the PremierVue sales training program. Mr. Stanek has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing of premium fenestration products. Prior to joining PGT, Mr. Stanek was Managing Member of The Hurricane Window and Door Factory LLC., and a co-founder of Stanek Vinyl Windows Corp. | |

Mr. Davis joined PGT in 2009. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 18 years of management in the window and door industry. Before joining PGT, Mr. Davis was a founding partner in The Hurricane Window & Door Factory, LLC., and served on the board of directors and as the senior executive for Stanek Vinyl Windows Corp. He earned a B.A. from The University of Kansas in Lawrence.
